Recently, M.L. Sirichalerm Svasti or Chef McDang (Right) and Chef Jai Krishnan Govindan (Left) Executive Chef of Bangkok Marriott Resort & Spa presented their personally-designed menu at Great Chefs 2011 Campaign in the theme of “Good Food That’s Good for the Earth”. Chef Jai’s creation, which blends a basis of 5,000 year’s Ayurvedic philosophy and traditional Thai cuisine, will be served at Bumrungrad hospital in this June 2011.
