CBRE COMES OUT TOP WITH 11 PROPERTY AWARDS

For the third consecutive year CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) Thailand has made outstanding achievements at the Asia Pacific Property Awards in association with Bloomberg Television. The winners were announced at the gala dinner on 31st May at The Longemont Hotel in Shanghai which was well attended by hundreds of property professionals from across Asia Pacific. The annual event is part of the International Property Awards, the world’s most prestigious competition dedicated to identifying the best real estate professionals across the globe. The event was attended by Mr. David Simister, Chairman of CBRE Thailand, Vietnam and Cambodia, who collected a total of 11 awards. CBRE Thailand was named the winner for four categories at the country level including the top category five-star winners for “Best Residential Real Estate Agency Thailand”, “Best Residential Real Estate Agency Website Thailand” for www.cbre.co.th , “Best Property Consultancy Marketing Thailand”, “Best Property Consultancy Website Thailand” and highly commended winners for “Best Property Consultancy Thailand” and “Best Residential Real Estate Agency Marketing Thailand”. CBRE Vietnam was also the highly commended winners for three of the categories. As five-star award winners at country level, CBRE Thailand was nominated at the regional level and was subsequently awarded “Best Residential Real Estate Agency Website Asia Pacific” and “Best Property Consultancy Website Asia Pacific”. As the top scoring Asia Pacific winner, CBRE Thailand will go on to compete against other winning companies globally for the World’s Best Residential Real Estate Agency Website and Best Property Consultancy Website. The international level results will be announced later this year at a gala dinner in London. “CBRE Thailand and Vietnam are delighted to receive these eleven prestigious awards. Aside from the property agency and consultancy award categories, on the development side, projects in Phuket were also well featured at the awards ceremony. Up to 4 luxury villas and condominium projects in Phuket have been announced as regional winners.
