NTT Data Group announces their business Merger and the Acquisition of Accellence Co., Ltd. in preparation for becoming an International IT company

Accellence Co., Ltd., a leading information technology services provider in Thailand has formally announced their partnership agreement with the largest telecommunications company in Asia “NTT Data Group”. The contract which was signed by both parties in December 2011 marks a great leap forward for Accellence’s technology and service improvements, promotes its potential to grow further in Thailand and in the international electronic payment service market. NTT Data Group is a leading international organization involved in IT business and in March 2011 reported revenue of 15 billion USD (March 31, 2011).
