TICON Industrial Connection Plc. (TICON), the leading developer of factories and warehouses for lease in Thailand, recently organized an Analyst Meeting to announce 2014 first half performance. Ticon Group reported net profit of Baht 149 million for 1st Half of 2014. Majority of revenue comes from sales of properties totaling Baht 541 million. Revenue from the rental and service income totals Baht 428 million. The Group will aggressively move ahead with the expansion of Ready Built Factory and Warehouse space for rent with the earlier announced budget of Baht 8,000 million to increase TICON’s ready-built factory space by 100,000 sq m. and TPARK’s warehouse space by 250,000 – 300,000 sq m within end of 2014. In preparation of AEC in 2015, an additional budget of Baht 3,600 million has been set for TPARK’s warehouse space expansion in all regions of Thailand over 3-5 years.
