FMC Corporation Announces Agreement to Market and Distribute Actagro(R), LLC Soil and Plant Health Products in Asia-Pacific
FMC Corporation (NYSE: FMC) and Actagro(R), LLC announced today the two companies have entered into a Technical Development and Distribution agreement for FMC to be the exclusive marketer and distributor of ActagroOrganic Acid(R) based soil and plant health nutritional products in the Asia-Pacific region. FMC will add Actagro technology solutions to its already considerable portfolio in the region.

Actagro will provide its full line of current products technical support to FMC in order to effectively introduce the Actagro Organic Acid technology and its benefits to growers and dealers in the region. In addition, FMC and Actagro will work closely together to develop new products as needed to meet local crop and soil needs.
