8 PROPERTIES MANAGED BY THE UNIQUE COLLECTION OF HOTELS & RESORTS WIN 2014 TRIPADVISOR CERTIFICATE OF EXCELLENCE AWARDS

          The Unique Collection of Hotels and Resorts and its sister company, Variety Hotels, are delighted to announce that 8 hotels and resorts under their management have received 2014 Tripadvisor Certificate of Excellence Awards, including: Putahracsa - Hua Hin, Nishaville - Prachuap Khiri Khan, The Sunset Beach Resort & Spa Taling Ngam, Saree Samui - Mae Nam Beach, De Naga Hotel Chiang Mai, Sukhothai Heritage Resort, Blue Ocean Resort - Phuket and Paradise Beach Resort - Samui from TripAdvisor®, the world’s largest travel site. The award is only given to less than 10% of hotels listed on TripAdvisor, and properties that consistently achieve outstanding traveler reviews on the site.
          A proprietary algorithm to determine the winners for the Certificate of Excellence Awards is the reviews ratings. Businesses must also maintain a rating of at least four out of five overall. Additional factors into the algorithm include the volume and recency of reviews, as well as the business' tenure and popularity ranking.
