Linfox (Thailand) Ltd., a subsidiary of Australia’s largest privately owned logistics company, signed an agreement with TICON Logistics Park Co., Ltd. (TPARK), to lease 10,000 square meters of a built to suit warehouse covering a land area of 26 rai in TPARK Wangnoi 2. The custom developed warehouse combines an ambient storage and a cold storage for supporting the logistics operation for chain restaurant business. Linfox will use the facility to provide logistics and warehouse services to Yum Restaurants, the operator of KFC and Pizza Hut in Thailand. The agreement is the first step for TPARK to move into restaurant business which is a new market segment with high growth potential.
