Ananda Development PCL announces over 13 Billion Baht of sales at successful launch of four new projects. 85% overall take up rate with two projects completely sold out at launch.

           Ananda Development Public Company Limited, market leader in mass transit condominiums, announces another series of successful launches. The company achieved sales of almost 2,100 units worth more than 13 billion baht at the launch events it held. This represents the successful sale of 85% of the launch value of the projects with two of the four projects completely sold out at launch.
          The company launched four new condominiums close to mass transit stations, Ashton Asoke, Ideo Q Siam-Ratchathewi, Ideo Mobi Sukhumvit Eastgate, Ideo Mobi Wongsawang Interchange, with a combined project value of almost 15 billion Baht.
          The company held two events, a private Ananda Members Club event for existing customers of Ananda to get a first look at new projects and a public launch, the Ideo Urban Pulse event held at Siam Paragon shopping center over 16th-19th of October.
          The highlights were the 6.7 Bn Baht project value Ashton Asoke and the 3.8 Bn Baht project value Ideo Q Siam – Ratchathewi. These two city center projects were both 100% sold out at launch with demand exceeding three times the available units for the Ashton Asoke project in particular.
          The suburban 1.8 Bn Baht project value Ideo Mobi Wongsawang Interchange and 2.6 billion Baht project value Ideo Mobi Sukhumvit Eastgate also saw very strong demand with take up rates at launch of 63% and 40% respectively
          Mr. Chanond Ruangkritya, President and CEO of Ananda Development PCL, commenting on the success of the launches said that, “The success of these launches has shown that demand for modern, stylish, high quality and good value condominiums close to mass transit stations remains as strong as ever. The continuing rebound in consumer confidence since the change of government earlier this year is showing as expected in a rebound in consumer demand for property and augurs well for our much larger series of launches planned for next year. With this series of successful launches we have increased our leadership position in mass transit living and this leadership position will increase even further next year.”

The already under construction expansion of the system, almost doubling its size in the next 3 years to 119 stations from 67 stations today provides tremendous opportunities for our company’s growth and the planned further expansion to over 200 stations by 2020, with contracts expected to be issued next year, means our potential growth over the next decade is enormous.”
