Dentsu Aegis Network Acquires Majority Share in Flexmedia Thailand

          Dentsu Aegis Network today announces the acquisition of Flexmedia Thailand, a leading digital advertising agency in Thailand, to become Flexmedia iProspect – joining one of Dentsu Aegis’ eight global network brands iProspect. The acquisition will significantly scale its digital credentials to become the largest performance marketing agency in Thailand and strengthen the already significant Dentsu Aegis Network business there.
          Founded in 2005, the full service digital agency led by Ms. Nathamon Kongthananon - Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Komjak Kamthornpasinee - Chief Marketing Officer and Mr. Pichit Chearjaraswongs - Chief Technology Officer has continually grown to a bigger company with current 33 strong marketing professionals servicing international and local brands such as Sumsung, Sansiri, and Siam Commercial Bank.
          Ms. Nathamon will continue as CEO of Flexmedia iProspect, reporting to Amornsak Sakpuaram CEO Dentsu Aegis Network Thailand.

          The iProspect business in Thailand, led by acting Managing Director Preeda Silpa-archa, has grown its client list across the market to include top 100 companies such as AIS, L’Oreal and Microsoft, and boasts of a 14 people strong team offering performance marketing including paid and natural search, performance display, conversion optimization, mobile marketing, and web analytics.
