Bangkok Hospital Chiang Mai opens International Medical Service Department, to facilitate medical care for foreigners.

          The International Medical Services (IMS) Department at Bangkok Hospital Chiang Mai was created to especially cater to foreigners. Our team of multi-lingual interpreters and Medical Coordinators are always ready to assist overseas visitors and expatriates in overcoming language and cultural barriers when visiting the hospital.
          Hours of operation are 7:00am to 8:00pm, seven days a week, including public holidays. The IMS Department can be reached at 052-089-843-4 and is located on the 1st floor of Bangkok Hospital Chiang Mai, next to the Out Patient Department. Furthermore, IMS also provides:
          - On site and on call oral translation service in 7 languages.
          - Dedicated staff to assist with international insurance provider claims.
          - Concierge service to liaise with embassies, consulates and other government or non- government organizations.
          - Assistance with preferential room rates at partner hotels.
