Bangkok's newest addition to the fitness scene, BASE, is hosting a kettlebell strength workshop with the world-renowned Russian strength coach, Sergey Rachinsky, from 23-25 July.
The workshop is open to the public and provides a unique opportunity for Bangkok-based fitness enthusiasts of all levels to train with the world's best.
Sergey is not only an honoured Coach of Russia and a 12x world champion of kettlebell lifting, he also holds 7 Guinness World Records including the most 100kg barbell squats in 1 hour at 520 reps, and the most in one go at 212 reps. His incredible 48kg kettlebell overhead press record is 5,555 times in 12 hours.
Sergey now spends his time travelling the world holding seminars on kettlebell lifting and strength training at the world's top fitness facilities and he will be in Bangkok at BASE especially for this unique opportunity.

BASE is holding a 1, 2 or 3 day workshop from 23-25 July, priced at 4,000, 7,000 or 10,000 baht, where participants can choose from learning about the fundamentals of kettlebell to earning Ket Academy Certification from one of the world's top academies.
