PTT opens Cafe Amazon Drive Thru to accommodate busy lifestyle

          Mr. Auttapol Rerkpiboon, Chief Operating Officer, Downstream Petroleum Business Group, PTT Public Company Limited, presided over the opening of Cafe Amazon Drive Thru at PTT gas station, Rama II branch. This Cafe Amazon drive thru facilitates both of coffee's lovers and vehicle drivers who want to save time by ordering the drinks via drive thru system so they do not waste time looking for the parking spot and easily moving on.
          Mr. Auttapol said that customer lifestyle nowadays wanted to access product and service quickly. While traveling, it was more convenient to acquire food and beverage via drive thru system. As a popular coffee brand with average sales of 300 cups per day, Cafe Amazon, therefore,opened its first drive thru shop to accommodate an easy goer. It was located at PTT gas station, Rama II branch and operated daily at 6 am.-9 pm.Customers can drive to an order point to order their drink, then continually drive to pay point to receive their drink. They would not waste their time to find the parking space. Moreover, this Cafe Amazon drive thru branch still had a traditional counter service with green space for customer who want to take a rest there too. There will be more drive thru stations scheduled to be in service by the first quarter of 2018
          Nowadays, Cafe Amazon has 1,800 branches in Thailand, both in inside and outside PTT gas station. Cafe Amazon also has 100 international branches with an expand plan for more branches in the future.
