The "night of lights" will feature a succulent selection of seafood prepared in various styles according to the theme of each station. Guests can indulge in unlimited premium items, such as oysters, river prawns, rock lobsters, blue crabs, New Zealand mussels, as well as many more sensational delights.
Favourite seafood items can be prepared and enjoyed in various ways, ranging from seafood on ice at the deli counter and seafood flambe at the Italian station, to grilled and dipped in zesty sauces at the market grill, or choose from a selection of local spicy delicacies for which Thailand is famous. Diners can also savour half a Maine lobster per person prepared as they like whilst soaking up the traditional Thai dance performances, music and cuisine.
Each guest will receive a complimentary krathong to float their worries away at the swimming pool on the 8th floor. Releasing a krathong is believed to bring luck and prosperity for the coming year.
The Loy Krathong Seafood Night at Amaya Food Gallery is available on Friday, 3 November from 18:00 to 22:30 for THB 1,750++ per person including free-flow water and soft drinks.
