          Following the past success of its continued project from season 1-3, "Training with the trainer" has now come to the 4th season and has helped approximately 50 members get in shape and stay healthy.
IMPACT Sports Club, under the supervision of IMPACT Exhibition Management Co. Ltd, has become the preferred workout destination for the Thai national soccer players along with celebrities and T.V. actors and actresses who frequent the facility on a regular basis, so it should be no surprise if you happen to be working out next to a famous person! 
          Attentiveness is the name of the game. We realize that different individuals have different needs in terms of goals and results that they want. Unfortunately, there is no one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to working out. Our attentive staff, therefore, can tailor make a package that is unique and result-focused and matches each individual criterion based on age, gender, weight, calorie intake, health conditions, and the amount of exercise on a regular basis. As a result, the focus is on one trainee alone.
