          CHAR Bangkok at Hotel Indigo Bangkok Wireless Road offers afternoon tea with a twist and a spectacular view. Starting from 29 November 2018, gin aficionados and afternoon tea lovers alike can choose from an exquisite selection of sweet and savoury treats, complemented with special Hendrick's Gin cocktails created just for CHAR by world-class mixologist, Khun Phaothong Monkongwongcharoen, Khun Tao.
          Afternoon tea is an established English tradition that now is enjoyed all over the world, and gin has been synonymous with English cocktails for generations. Now, CHAR Bangkok brings these two enduring traditions superbly together to Bangkok.
          From 4 to 6 pm, starting from 29 November 2018, diners can spend an afternoon watching evening fall across panoramic Bangkok city views while feasting on a delightful spread, such as chive scones with whipped bone marrow and fig jam, smoked cod salad with almond and asparagus, brioche macaroons with pandan leaf custard, or lavender panna cotta with wild honey.
          To enhance these flavours, Khun Tao, a global bartending competition finalist, has created special cocktails featuring Hendrick's Gin to choose from. A lovely tea set can be filled with a selection of tea-based Henrdick's Gin cocktails, such as "Hendrick's Gin Iced Tea" or "Ol Smoky", both capturing Hendrick's Gin and tea aromas.
