CIMB THAI Bank wins 'Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2019 Award’ by HR Asia

          CIMB THAI Bank, a member of ASEAN's leading universal bank CIMB Group, was awarded as 'Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2019' by HR Asia, which is the only award judged solely by employees based on Total Engagement Assessment Model (TEAM). Designed tools were used to measure the employee engagement level of a company in order to handpick the Best Companies to Work for in Asia. Kanokpai Vongsatitporn, Head of Human Resources, represented CIMB THAI Bank in receiving the award. CIMB Group Chief People Officer, Dato' Hamidah Naziadin and CIMB THAI Bank's management also joined in the celebration of this achievement at the award ceremony held recently at Bangkok Marriott Hotel The Surawongse.
          This year, 129 companies from 20 industries were nominated for 'Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2019 Award,' while only 30 companies were awarded.
