          Executive Chinese Chef Leslie Du has created this inspired menu of house-original culinary creations blooming with ingredients and flavors of springtime, including highlights Poached Sea Whelk with Kai Lanand Wasabi Sauce (680 THB); Chilled "Drunken" River Prawn with Shaved Wine Ice (260 THB); Sweet and Sour Prawn with Ice (680 THB); and Sweet Potato with Osmanthus Sauce (260 THB).
