PropertyGuru Appoints Chief Human Resources Officer to Advance a Culture of Learning and Growth

          PropertyGuru Group, ("PropertyGuru" or the "Group"), Asia's leading property technology company, today announced the promotion of Genevieve Godwin as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) as the Group continues to make significant progress in its talent management capabilities.
          In the past two years as Human Resources Director, Genevieve has bolstered PropertyGuru's talent growth and development across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and Vietnam for over 1200 employees. Under her leadership, improvements in the Group's HR-tech infrastructure has led to enhanced employee experience; upgradation of overall recognition & benefit programs has made for a more inclusive and supportive environment for employees to thrive. Genevieve and the HR teams' most significant impact has been in bringing PropertyGuru's culture of learning to life. New programs, building on PropertyGuru's learning philosophy and encompassing a holistic learning perspective, include on the job development, online learning libraries and focused in-person development, which have seen strong adoption within the Group. A heightened focus on people managers has meant that dozens of leaders have sharpened their skills through blended leadership development programs, purpose built for PropertyGuru. In addition to this, Genevieve has participated in the post-merger integration activities with Batdongsan.com.vn, the Group's business in Vietnam, which will continue through 2020.
          In her elevated role, Genevieve will continue to focus on all these areas as well as further enhance employee learning and development. This year, she will work with senior management and the board of directors to further develop a holistic approach to talent, encompassing the launch of the Group employee value proposition and a focus on integrated talent development across the Group.
