Bangkok Bank joins Junior Achievement Thailand Foundation to present the JA Company Program 'Company of the Year 2019’ award

Bangkok Bank Vice President Office of the President,Dr. Jirawat Panpiemras, presented the JA Company Program 'Company ofthe Year 2019’ award to Amnuay Silpa School which won the competition in which20 schools participated. The event recently took place at Bangkok Bank Rama 3Office. Junior Achievement Company Program (JA Company Program) is a Thailanguage curriculum which Bangkok Bank has worked with Junior AchievementThailand Foundation for nine years. It focuses on helping high school studentsparticipating in the project nationwide to share knowledge and innovation tohelp create a new generation of entrepreneurs as a foundation for developingthe Thai economy. Throughout the program volunteer teachers from Bangkok Bankprovide students with practical business skills based on real-world experience.The knowledge provided covers setting up a company, fundraising through initialpublic offerings, developing business plans, implementing business plans forsuccess, producing real commercial products, and liquidating companies.Throughout the nine years of its operation, 185 schools, more than 5,000students and 112 Bangkok Bank volunteer teachers have participated in thisproject.
