One Bangkok, Co., Ltd, a joint venture between TCC Assets and Frasers Property, has welcomed the Extraordinary Committee during the commissioned fact-finding study from the House of Representatives to suggest guidelines for preventing and solving the PM2.5 dust issue.

The Extraordinary Committee visited the One Bangkok site, represented by
Mr. Burin Kunatippapong, Chief Development Officer, Project Development and Dr. Tirachai Pipitsupaphol, Senior Vice President, Head of Procurement and External Affairs, as a project that successfully adheres to EIA standards.

One Bangkok continues to adopt cleaning measures to ensure its construction area within and surrounding the site are orderly and takes both environmental and community health into consideration. An example of this includes the cleaning of all vehicles before leaving the construction site; regular cleaning of adjacent roads and pedestrian paths; the installation of dust removal systems around the project, and noise and dust monitoring tools both inside and outside the development.

These activities, alongside One Bangkok’s implementation of EIA best practices, were observed by Mr. Nitipon Piwmow and Mr. Chanin Roongsang, Vice Presidents of the Extraordinary Committee, Mr. Kanphong Chongsuttanamanee, Spokesperson for the Commission, Mrs. Termsiri Ghongpoonphol, Director of Air Quality and Noise Management Division, Department of Environment, Bangkok Metropolitan Administration and the Assistant Director of Pathumwan District, Mr. Theerachot Khamwiset, during their visit to the One Bangkok site.
