The PARQ achieves regional recognition on top of three previous wins at PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards 2020, underlining The PARQ's pioneering developments in commercial real estate
Mr. Kamolnai Chaixanien, Executive Director of TCC Assets (Thailand) Co., Ltd., accepted the award for Best Office Development (ASIA) and Best Commercial Green Development (Thailand) from PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final 2020. This significant regional recognition is a testament to the forward-thinking vision in and quality execution of the development in regional level, which has earned accolades from its occupants, visitors and fellow industry leaders, highlighting the property's strengths in innovative design, functionality and sustainable development in the real estate industry.
The PARQ's win in the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards 2020 cements The PARQ's status as the preeminent commercial development in Asia, after having swept up awards in the local PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards 2020, including "Best Office Development", "Best Office Architectural Design" and "Best Office Green Development". Previously, The PARQ had also achieved recognition in the leading Dot Property Thailand Awards 2020, with a "Special Recognition Award, Green Innovation".
Developed by TCC Assets, with Frasers Property Holdings (Thailand) Co., Ltd. as the project's development manager, The PARQ pioneers Thailand's adoption of international design and sustainability standards, raising the bar for eco-friendly buildings that benefit both human occupants and the larger environment. It has received pre-WELL certification and is on track to become the country's first mixed-use development to achieve both WELL Certification and LEED Gold v4 Certification - the latest for sustainable green buildings.
The inaugural phase of The PARQ comprises The PARQ Workplace - a Grade A commercial space totaling 60,000 sqm. with Thailand's largest column-free commercial floor plate at 5,200 sqm. per floor - and The PARQ Life, offering 12,000 sq.m. or more than 60 dining, shopping, fitness and wellness amenities to meet the everyday needs of its occupants, visitors, and the surrounding areas. The development has a gross floor area of 130,000 square meters, with an investment value of THB 8 billion.
After years of the COVID-19 pandemic, there have been changes that have come in the form of a 'New Normal.' Many people have started to pay attention to their health and well-being. These two topics have become widely trending. For new generations of workers, they look beyond the usual welfare benefits like annual health check-ups and group insurance. Their expectations cover the work environment, food and nutrition, and mental health. Mr. Kamolnai Chaichanian, Executive Director, TCC Assets
