TOYOTA LEASING ISSUES DEBENTURE THE FIRST THB GREEN DEBENTURE OFFERING BY AUTO LEASING INDUSTRY IN THAILAND WITH COUPON RATE OF 0.72% p.a., 2-Year 1-Month TENOR

This issuance is the First Green debenture transaction of the company and the First from leasing sector in Thailand. The use of proceeds will go towards financing and/or refinancing of TLT's selected Hybrid vehicle portfolio. The eligible category for the use of proceeds, Clean Transportation, is aligned with the Green Bond Principles 2018. Sustainalytics, Second-Party Opinion Provider, considers that the eligible category is expected to contribute to the decarbonization road transportation in Thailand and advance the UN Sustainable Development Goals, specifically SDG 11, in line with Toyota's path to a low carbon future, the "Toyota Environmental Challenge 2050".

Both Toyota Leasing (Thailand) Company Limited and Toyota Motor Finance (Netherlands) B.V. are subsidiaries of Toyota Financial Services Corporation, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Toyota Motor Corporation, the group's parent company.

This First THB Green Debenture was assigned AAA rating by TRIS Rating which were jointly structured to fulfill the Company's commitment as a Regular Issuer in Thai Debt Capital Market.
