Plus Property Company Limited, the full-service professional property and facility management agency, led by Naruemon Arporntanakul, Assistant Managing Director - Property Management Residential Department, has joined up with the Paolo-Phyathai hospital group, represented by Dr. Teeratcha Wudhiphan - an orthopaedic surgeon and hip and knee specialist - who was PMC's (Phyathai-Paolo Medical Campus) advisor on social responsibility activities, to organise free proactive COVID-19 screenings at PLUS-managed residential projects. The screening is being piloted at 12 residential developments using Antigen Test Kits (ATK). Upon any discovery of a case, PLUS is ready to provide care for the infected resident by coordinating transportation to a hospital under the Paolo-Phyathai network.
The PMC (Phyathai-Paolo Medical Campus) is a healthcare alliance between Phyathai 1 Hospital (Sri Ayutthaya Road), Phyathai 2 Hospital (Sanam Pao) and Paolo Hospital Phaholyothin. Up until now, PLUS has stood by its residents to offer care via dedicated measures for controlling and preventing COVID-19. The measures include screening people entering and leaving residential projects, providing care to individuals under home isolation, taking delivery of and disinfecting parcels, implementing a transportation protocol for patients, and coordinating with healthcare facilities and hospitels. Said measures are implemented at condominiums as well as housing estates serviced by PLUS, with the objective being to keep residents safe and enabling everybody to pull through this situation hand-in-hand.
