Shine for a Cause: Earth Hour Dinner

Lights off, and it's back to basics. To celebrate Earth Hour on 23 March 2024, Kimpton Maa-Lai Bangkok flicks off the switch for a special 4-course dinner that celebrates the ingenuity of primitive cooking where simplicity reigns supreme from grilling, curing, and multiple methods of marination.

This exquisite 4-course dinner served on the 30th floor of Maa-Lai Library, is conceptualised around the consciousness of the world, the environment, and our commitment to reducing carbon footprint -- without skimping on the flavours.

Kick off your culinary experience with Charcoal-Smoked Duck Salad and Grilled Halloumi Salad, followed by refreshing Salmon Ceviche and Heart of Palm Ceviche. The hot main station serves succulent, slow-cooked Lamb Mandi, an Arabic traditional pot spiced rice dish and Pepes Ikan, an Indonesian banana leaf-wrapped seabass steamed over a smoky charcoal grill. A decadent meal would not be finished without an indulgent dessert station that includes healthy Grilled Fruit Kabobs and melt-in-your-mouth Vanilla Flan with Barbequed Pineapple.

A string trio will also perform as guests take in and relish this one-of-a-kind, earth-appreciating event.

The one-day special Earth Hour Dinner is available on Saturday, 23 March 2024, from 7:30 p.m. until 9:30 p.m. for THB 990 per person, that comes with one complimentary welcome drink.

Plus, all diners will get a chance to do good. Kimpton Maa-Lai Bangkok will donate one tree to the 'BangkokTree' project for every guest joining the dinner.

Easter Brunch

Hop on to the Easter Playground! Let your inner child run wild at Stock.Room's Easter playground with a marvel of mouthwatering delights that will make your heart (and stomach) hop a beat.

This imaginative playground is filled with unlimited sensational flavours served within Stock.Room's six different kitchens. Hungry holidaymakers can select their favourite premium cuts, springtime salads and sides, cheeses, charcuterie, and assorted fresh sushi and sashimi, topped off with an endless Easter-themed dessert spread. Brunch lovers can also feast on unlimited a la carte dishes like Bluefin Tuna & Brule Foie Gras served with Teriyaki Sauce, Baked Mediterranean Snow fish, Secreto Iberico & Bellota Pata Negra, Huevos Benedictos Chicharron and Flat Iron Steak & Eggs served with fiery green chimichurri sauce. (You read it right, unlimited and for one day only!)

The 'Welcome to the Playground!' Sunday Easter Brunch is THB 2,200 per person, including soft drinks, or can be paired with unlimited tipples for THB 3,000 per person. Children ages six to 12 can enjoy the fete for THB 1,100, and children under six dine free.
