Guests can look forward to a sensory journey that marries the vibrant flavours of Thailand with the Mediterranean's sun-kissed charm. Highlights of the evening's menu include Chonburi Pen Shell Coconut Ceviche, Grouper Spicy Tomyum in Targine, Singhol Curry with Young Coconut Shell, Beef Cheek with Smoked Coconut Jasmine Rice, and Grilled Sea Prawn with Pickled Lemon.

This exclusive event is more than just a dinner.
