GOHR25 has a paid-up capital of THB 83 million, consisting of 150 million existing ordinary shares and 16 million newly issued shares with a par value of THB 0.50 per share. The company offered 16 million IPO shares to qualified investors as specified by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) from February 19 - 20, 2025 at THB 0.80 per share, representing the offering size of THB 12.80 million with the IPO market capitalization of THB 132.8 million (approximately USD 3.94 million). Sage Capital Co., Ltd. is the financial advisor and KGI Securities (Thailand) pcl is the underwriter.

The company prioritizes developing technology-driven HR solutions and forging partnerships with industry leaders to expand its service offerings and maximize value for clients. The IPO proceeds will be allocated to operational facility expansion, IT infrastructure investment, and enhancements of HR platforms and related systems.

Major shareholders of GOHR25 after the IPO is Song Nam Co., Ltd. (17.47 percent), SMEs Private Equity Trust Fund (11.45%), and Pornchai Charumethee (9.64 percent). The company's dividend policy is to pay shareholders a minimum of 40 percent of its net profit after all legally mandated reserves and other provisions as stipulated in the company's bylaws.
