The regular ? la carte menu is available from 17.00 hrs to 22.30 hrs (last order), with the Late Hour Menu taking over as the rooftop atmosphere turns electric.

The Late Hour Menu at Red Sky offers a gourmet selection of dishes, starting with a Midnight Caesar Salad, combining baby cos lettuce, home-cured bacon, garlic croutons, and tiger prawns (THB 455++).
