AEON collaborates with Thaipaiboon Insurance to launch Tele Service channel, enhancing customer service with three comprehensive protection plans at affordable premiums

Mr. Toshiya Shimakata, Managing Director of AEON Thana Sinsap (Thailand) Public Company Limited, said "Since 2022, AEON has collaborated with Thaipaiboon Insurance to offer insurance products through face-to-face services at AEON branches. This year, we are expanding our partnership by extending services to AEON credit cardholders through the Tele Service channel and expecting positive feedback. We believe this will empower us to enhance our services, creating a more enriching experience for our customers."

This new Tele Service collaboration between AEON and Thaipaiboon Insurance aimed at increasing channels for offering and selling insurance products to AEON credit cardholders with easy access to three key non-life insurance plans which are:

• PA Super Safe: A comprehensive accident insurance plan offering up to 2 million baht in coverage, with premiums starting at 530 baht per month. It also includes up to 200,000 baht for medical expenses for an accident, with unlimited times per year.
• PA Simple Safe: An easy-to-access accident insurance plan designed specifically for AEON customers, requiring no health questions and offering immediate coverage, with premiums starting at just 100 baht per month.
• Cancer All in One: A cancer insurance plan covering all stages of cancer, paying a smaller premium, and offering up to 1 million baht upon diagnosis, with additional coverage of up to 500,000 baht for gender-specific cancers, plus compensation for end-stage cancer patients.
