Available once again, the prized ingredient is being cooked with the ability and elegance of Fireplace Grill and Bar.

Experience truly high grade All-American beef in two incredible cuts. Have the choice of 300 grams of U.S. Prime Striploin and 340 grams of U.S. Prime Beef Rib, both ready to be cooked to the exacting standards of Fireplace Grill and Bar. Accentuate the flavours with a selection of sauces including Bearnaise, Chimichurri, and Red Wine Jus.

Accompanying the succulent steaks are sides from Classic Potato Au Gratin and Maple-Glazed Baked Sweet Potato to Eryngii Mushrooms with Garlic and Thyme and Creamed Spinach with Parmesan and Black Truffle Oil.

Savour true USDA Prime Beef at Fireplace Grill and Bar until 31 December 2024 in dishes from THB 2,800++ to THB 3,000++. Advanced orders are required for the U.S. Prime Beef Rib.
