Viral "Dubai Chocolate" Chef Nouel Catis to Launch Exclusive Collaboration with Al Baleed Resort Salalah by Anantara

Introducing The Anantara Khareef Chocolate, a one-of-a-kind confection that blends the tropical beauty and heritage of Salalah into a single, unforgettable bite. Crafted using local ingredients such as aromatic frankincense native to Salalah and a sweet coconut katayef mixture, the chocolate offers a delicate balance of dulcet notes with a distinctly Omani soul.

Exclusively available from June - August 2025 throughout the Khareef season, this limited-time treat will be offered at Al Mina, the resort's airy Mediterranean beachside venue. The collaboration marks a celebration of craftsmanship and terroir, inviting guests to experience Salalah's spirit through a unique culinary lens.

In addition to the signature chocolate, guests can also indulge in another of Chef Nouel's creations - a Coconut Malva Cake, adding a touch of homely comfort and nostalgic flavour to the seasonal offerings.
