CP AXTRA Public Company Limited ("the Company" or "CPAXT"), the operator of leading wholesale and retail brands Makro and Lotus's, announced its Q1/2025 results, reporting total revenue of Baht 129,950 million. The adjusted net profit increased by 10.3% (YoY), driven by strong performance across both the wholesale and retail businesses. Key contributors to this growth included new store openings and robust omnichannel sales, fresh food sales, the Company's private label products, and exclusive brand products available only at Makro and Lotus's. Additionally, the synergistic value resulting from the post-amalgamation process has led to an improved gross profit margin. CPAXT also continues to implement prudent financial management practices, reducing debt and enhancing cash flow, thereby maintaining robust liquidity and a strong financial position.

CPAXT also reaffirmed its position as a leader in Retail Tech in Asia. In March 2025, Euromonitor International ranked Makro PRO as the No. 1 grocery e-commerce platform in Thailand, capturing a 39.5% market share in 2024. Meanwhile, the Lotus's SMART App secured the second-largest share, holding a 19.5% market share in Thailand's total grocery e-commerce market, valued at Baht 64 billion.

Mr. Tanin Buranamanit, Group Chief Executive Officer of CP AXTRA Public Company Limited, stated that the strong growth in Q1/2025 aligns with CPAXT's strategic direction, which focuses on increasing revenue contributions from private label products across all categories at value prices. He added that the Company is also expanding its ready-to-cook (RTC) and ready-to-eat (RTE) offerings through collaborations with renowned chefs and leading local and international brands, aiming to deliver a distinctive experience that meets the diverse needs of both consumers and entrepreneurs.

CPAXT's 2025 business strategy centers on driving growth across all sales channels. The Company is advancing its technology and platform capabilities by leveraging hyper-personalization AI to analyze customer behavior. Moreover, CPAXT continues to expand its store network, renovate existing locations, and develop rental spaces under the 'Happy Community, Happy Mall' concept, tailored to the unique needs of each community. This approach not only promotes community health and well-being while supporting sustainability but also creates local employment through initiatives such as Mitrtae Shohuay, the Super 60 project, and direct sourcing from local farmers and SMEs. Additionally, CPAXT fosters strong community engagement through a range of social activities.
