Celebrate Songkran at InterContinental Bangkok

The hotel's much-loved restaurant, Espresso, presents a special Songkran Brunch and Lunch Buffet featuring a variety of summer delights. On 13 April 2025, guests can enjoy an indulgent brunch experience while being serenaded by a live jazz performance from Coco LaShuan. The Songkran Brunch is available for THB 2,900++ per person, while the Songkran Lunch Buffet is available on 14 April 2025 and 15 April 2025 from 12.00 to 14.30 hours for THB 1,200++ per person. To lubricate celebrations, Espresso also offers a selection of handcrafted drinks designed to keep guests cool and refreshed during the festivities. Available from 1 April 2025 to 30 April 2025, guests can indulge in thirst-quenching beverages daily from 11.00 to 22.30 hours. Drinks start from THB 390++ per glass, while mocktails are available from THB 250++ per glass. These lovely libations provide the perfect complement to a sumptuous buffet experience.

The Songkran spirit comes alive with Fragrant "Khao Chae Chow Wang" - the traditional Thai summer treat with a regal history. Once served exclusively in the Royal Palace, today it is a seasonal Thai specialty enjoyed by all as a cooling summertime indulgence. Lightly perfumed and very refreshing, it stars rice steeped in aromatic iced jasmine water, which is eaten with a variety of piquant condiments such as sweet shrimp paste, stuffed shallots and sweet pork floss. Priced at THB 460++ per set and available at Balcony Lounge daily from 1 April 2025 to 30 April 2025 from 11.00 to 17.00 hours.

Balcony Lounge is also the place to experience sparkling summer mixology. Guests can sip on a special selection of signature drinks, including the Rum Thai Spicy and Chai Yo Margarita, in an elegant yet relaxed setting. These celebratory Songkran snifters are available daily from 1 April 2025 to 30 April 2025, from 08.00 to 24.00 hours. Drinks start from THB 390++ per glass and mocktails from THB 250++ per glass.

For those looking to enjoy Songkran in an open-air setting, SoCal's terrace transforms into a vibrant outdoor bar, serving up classic nibbles and silky summer drinks. Guests can immerse themselves in the festive ambience while sipping on signature drinks, with an iced bucket of heady concoctions available for sharing. The terrace experience is available from 10 April 2025 to 17 April 2025, from 11.30 to 23.00 hours, with dishes starting from THB 230++ and drinks from THB 390++ per glass. SoCal also offers a dedicated Songkran Drinks menu featuring masterfully crafted drinks designed to embody the lively spirit of the festival. These delightful beverages will be available daily from 1 April 2025 to 30 April 2025, from 11.30 to 23.00 hours, with drinks starting from THB 390++ per glass and mocktails from THB 290++ per glass.

Adding to the festive excitement, a spectacular Long Tail Drum Dance performance will take place on 13 April 2025 at SoCal from 11.45 hours onwards and at the hotel's lobby from 12.30 hours onwards, creating a dynamic and immersive celebration.
