To celebrate the traditional Thai New Year, Holiday Inn Bangkok is laying on special Songkran bites to put guests firmly in the festive mood at Ginger.
At the hotel's popular all-day dining outlet, Ginger, culinary theatre takes place in an open kitchen producing fantastic Thai and international flavours. To tantalise taste buds this Thai New Year, the restaurant is serving up a special Songkran Family Buffet. Star dishes include marinated pork liver with chilli powder and roasted rice, and a refreshing Somtam Sarapad green papaya salad that's simply perfect for the summer.
In addition, celebratory offerings to share include baked whole sea bass stuffed with aromatic Thai herbs, and Moo Palo, which is braised pork belly with bean curd and egg in a Chinese herb broth. These and other delights come piping hot from the carving station.
Songkran Family Buffet is available at Ginger on 12 April 2025 from 18.00 to 22.30 hours and 13 April 2025 from 12.00 to 14.30 hours, priced at THB 799++ per person.
