Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC) has been awarded three prestigious MICE standards: the ASEAN MICE Venue Standards (AMVS), the Thailand MICE Venue Standards (TMVS), and the Thailand Sustainable Event Management Standard (TSEMS) for 2024. The recognitions were presented during the "MICE Standards Day 2025" hosted by the Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (TCEB).

These achievements reaffirm QSNCC's capabilities as a world-class venue equipped to host events of all types and scales—from national forums to international conventions—while placing sustainability at the heart of its operations across economic, social, and environmental dimensions. The ASEAN MICE Venue Standards (AMVS) is a regional certification aimed at elevating the quality and credibility of MICE venues across Southeast Asia to meet a unified ASEAN benchmark.

The Thailand MICE Venue Standards (TMVS) is a nationally recognized standard that has gained wide acceptance across the ASEAN MICE industry.

Both AMVS and TMVS are evaluated based on four key criteria:

  1. Physical Characteristics - including infrastructure and meeting room facilities
  2. Technology - such as audiovisual systems and communication tools
  3. Service Quality, and
  4. Sustainable Management - addressing environmental responsibility, safety, and social accountability

The Thailand Sustainable Event Management Standard (TSEMS) recognizes organizations that operate with a deep commitment to sustainability, integrating environmental and social responsibility with efforts to support national economic development.

Receiving these three MICE standards underscores QSNCC's continued dedication to excellence and sustainability. It enhances the confidence of both domestic and international clients in the venue's readiness to deliver exceptional, responsible event experiences aligned with global standards.
