Bangkok - September 30, 2025 - The Ajinomoto Victory Canteen is now officially open at the Sports Authority of Thailand (SAT) as the nation's main sports nutrition center. The canteen features 12 special 'Winning Meals' created in collaboration with renowned Chef Nana, along with a total of 90 healthy meal options and more than 100,000 servings of aminoVITAL(R) to fuel Team Thailand for three months during the SEA Games and ASEAN Para Games. Developed by Ajinomoto Co., (Thailand) Ltd. in collaboration with the Sports Authority of Thailand, the facility is part of the Thailand Victory Project(R), a long-term commitment to elevating athlete nutrition across the region.

Designed to world class standards, the Ajinomoto Victory Canteen is a 230-seat facility that serves as both a dining and activity space for Thailand's national athletes. Accommodating around 300 athletes daily, it offers 12 special 'Winning Meals' aligned with three nutrition strategies under the Eat with Purpose concept: Eat to Maintain (Easy Day) - light meals to maintain balance, Eat to Prepare (Moderate Day) - energy-building menus, and Eat to Recover (Hard Day) - dishes formulated to restore glycogen and strength. Each dish blends familiar Thai flavors with performance-driven nutrition. Developed in partnership with renowned chef Chef Nana-Marina and Victory Project nutritionists, every meal is designed to be both nutritious and delicious. Operated by Sodexo, a global leader in sustainable food from France and the main operator for managing Winning Meals for the Thai athletes. The Ajinomoto Victory Canteen follows national operational standards. The facility also features dedicated zones such as a Cafe for light meals, a Stage for cooking showcases and athlete engagement, and the aminoVITAL Product Zone, which provides more than 100,000 products to support recovery and energy needs. Athletes can further optimize their diets using the i-LiveWell app to plan and track meals according to their performance goals.

During the Game-Changing Nutrition - The Road to Victory for Thai Athletes talk session, Thai National Women's Volleyball Player Bumbim-Chatchuon Moksri and Thai National Skateboard Athlete Chai Thawatchai Siang-Ueng, shared their personal experiences under the Thailand Victory Project. "For athletes, nutrition is just as important as training," said Boombim. "Ajinomoto's canteen allows us to enjoy meals that are both delicious and well-balanced. It makes us feel more prepared and focused for competition, knowing our bodies are getting the right nutrients to perform at our best."
