Each dish is thoughtfully composed to highlight the character of the pasta itself while elevating it with exquisite accompaniments.

Highlights from the menu include:

• Handmade ravioli filled with tender dry-aged beef, complemented by a rich roasted gravy.
• Homemade tortelli stuffed with sweet shrimp and red snapper, finished with a delicate seafood broth and briny lumpfish roe.
• Ravioli with wild porcini mushrooms, paired with a silky pecorino fondue.
• Fresh tagliatelle in a fragrant saffron cream sauce, served with Italian sausage.
