Dr. Chakrit Pichyangkul, Executive Director of the Creative Economy Agency, stated: "Hosting the Content Project Market for the second consecutive year highlights the potential of Thailand's content industry as a soft power with strong commercial viability. CEA is committed to building a complete creative economy ecosystem — from talent development and incubation to providing platforms for business matching and global networking. Thai content is not only entertainment; it is a form of soft power that generates income, creates jobs, and enhances the country's international image. Looking ahead, CEA aims to elevate Content Project Market into an international platform, reinforcing Thailand's position as a future content hub of Asia."

Content Project Market is a flagship program under the Content Lab 2025 project, designed to connect Thai creators with investors and industry partners through comprehensive activities such as pitching sessions, business matching, and networking receptions.

This year, leading global players joined the event, including Netflix, Viu, GDH, GMMTV, The One Enterprise, True CJ Creations, Kantana Group PCL, White Light Studio, Base Entertainment (Indonesia), Studio76 (Taiwan), and Skyline Media (Vietnam), along with partners from Singapore and the Philippines.

The 2025 edition recorded 409 business matchings from 79 participating companies and 54 projects, creating investment opportunities while opening doors to new international collaborations. Many participants remarked that CPM not only accelerates project financing and partnerships but also expands perspectives toward international markets. Global studios and platforms further emphasized that Thai content showcased at CPM demonstrated world-class potential, competitive quality, and long-term economic value while strengthening Thailand's reputation as a regional creative hub.

In addition to business matching, Content Project Market 2025 featured five in-depth forums with insights from 16 leading experts from Thailand and abroad. Discussions covered topics such as accessing Asian film funds, strategies for regional co-productions, and the future of Thai films and series on the global stage. Distinguished speakers included M.R. Chalermchatri Yukol (Former Chairperson of the Subcommittee on Films and Series, National Soft Power Strategy Committee), Mr. Ruben Hattari (Director, Public Policy in Southeast Asia, Netflix), Ms. Elisabeth Shackleton (Founder & Editor, Streamlined/Contributing Editor, Asia, Deadline), Ms. Hang Trinh (Filmmaker, Producer & Entrepreneur, Skyline Media), Ms. Vanridee Pongsittisak (Producer, GDH559), Mr. Puttipong Nakthong (Director of 4 Kings and 4 Kings 2), Mr. Arak Amornsupasiri (Director & Screenwriter of The Stone), and Mr. Nottapon Boonprakob (Director of the series Mad Unicorn). These sessions enriched industry knowledge, provided inspiration, and mapped out new directions for Thailand's content sector.

Dr. Chakrit concluded: "CEA will continue to strengthen Thailand's content industry by working hand-in-hand with creators, producers, investors, streaming platforms, and experts across the value chain. Content Project Market has proven to deliver tangible business opportunities, fueling the growth of Thai creative industries toward international standards and driving the nation's creative economy sustainably."
