This latest TVC from COCKPIT aims to place the brand closer to customers' hearts. The TVC draws on customer insights from different groups, who often feel worried or lack understanding about car care, and addresses their pain points with COCKPIT's strength as a "Local Expert", providing extra care, truly know both the car and the customer, avoid overselling, and offer valuable recommendations along with exclusive privileges that exceed expectations. It reinforces COCKPIT's commitment to heartfelt and professional service from "Local Expert", aiming to turning hesitation into confidence by delivering complete solutions.
The TVC has already released two episodes, beginning with the hesitation of customers who are unsure whether to visit COCKPIT. The lighthearted storyline sparks laughter before leading to the moment customers gain confidence and discover services that exceed expectations.
The narrative subtly weaves in concerns of female customer who may lack car knowledge, showing how they gain trust when meeting local expert who provides honest and straightforward advice.
