DIPROM Announces "Thai Vibe by DIPROM" Expo Showcasing Over 400 Vendors Elevating Thai Brands to the Global Food and Fashion Stage, Driving Thailand's Soft Power Through Food and Fashion Industries, with an Economic Impact Target of 250 Million Baht

The festival aims to facilitate commercial expansion and stimulate the creative economy in concrete terms. DIPROM anticipates attracting no fewer than 30,000 attendees and generating economic value of at least 250 million Baht, reinforcing the promotion of Thai entrepreneurs through the DIPROM Community - A Place of Giving policy framework.

Mr.Nattapol Rangsitpol Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Industry, disclosed that Thailand possesses a distinctive and outstanding food industry capable of competing at the international level. Consequently, the Ministry of Industry has developed comprehensive plans to promote Thai cuisine for widespread recognition, aiming to elevate personnel skills to highly skilled workforce standards and professionalize local Thai food businesses. These initiatives include promoting the use of technology and innovation to add value to community foods, enhancing their international competitive capabilities.

The Ministry has therefore mandated the Department of Industrial Promotion (DIPROM) to continuously advance soft power policies through several significant projects, including the "One Village, One Thai Chef" elevation program, the development of community chef restaurants specializing in local Thai cuisine, the enhancement of community food innovation centers, and the utilization of innovation to sustainably elevate Thailand's food and beverage industries to global markets. These efforts aim to promote entrepreneurial potential and elevate the value of Thailand's food industry to achieve international recognition and acceptance.

Ms.Natthiya Netayasupha, Director-General of the Department of Industrial Promotion (DIPROM), elaborated that the "Thai Vibe by DIPROM" serves as a showcase platform that consolidates the collective strength of restaurant operators, chefs, food processing industries, farmers, fashion, and tourism sectors that have undergone skill development and enhancement through DIPROM initiatives. The initiative focuses on creating added value for entrepreneurs in accordance with the DIPROM Community - A Place of Giving policy through the 4 Givings,1 strategic framework. DIPROM's objectives include elevating product quality and building confidence in quality Thai brands, while aspiring to transform soft power into continuous commercial opportunities through in-event sales, business agreements, and international market expansion. The emphasis remains on promoting the creative economy and target industries, reforming Thailand's industrial sector by strengthening supply chains, developing human and community skills for future readiness, and creating fair competition opportunities for Thai SMEs.

Accordingly, DIPROM has designed the "Thai Vibe by DIPROM" as a contemporary lifestyle festival where entrepreneurs will gain market insights, commercial opportunities, and inspiration for sustainable growth both domestically and internationally. The primary objective is to position Thailand as a Global Food Hub.

The comprehensive three-day festival will take place from October 10-12, 2025, at IMPACT Challenger Hall 3, Muang Thong Thani, featuring four main zones designed to address all aspects of Thailand's soft power efficiently

1) DIPROM Pavilion Zone: The primary exhibition area under the concept "Empowering Local, Elevating Global," presenting Thailand's creative economy development achievements rooted in local communities, with creative activities and culinary demonstrations.

2) Soft Power Exhibition Zone from 4 Regions: Featuring architectural replications, distinctive characteristics, and cultural representations from the Northern, Central and Eastern, Northeastern, and Southern regions, complete with renowned restaurants and signature dishes representing each region's "Hidden Gems."

3) Thai Charm Cafe Zone: A creative craft beverage sampling area featuring coffee, tea, and cocoa-based products from over 28 establishments, with workshop activities and tea and coffee brewing demonstrations.

4) DIPROM Fashion Zone: A dedicated space showcasing the diversity of Thai fashion, from distinctive Thai textiles to contemporary designed clothing, providing attendees with valuable experiences and inspiration for every purchasing decision.

"The Thai Vibe by DIPROM: The Grand Festival of Thai Charm features a format distinct from conventional exhibitions. This event is organized as a hybrid format to showcase the knowledge and allure of Thai cuisine, arts, and traditional Thai fashion from unique and tangible perspectives. Beyond mere product sales, it provides opportunities for local entrepreneurs to connect directly with consumers. DIPROM anticipates attracting no fewer than 30,000 attendees and generating economic value of at least 250 million Baht, reinforcing DIPROM's crucial role as an agency dedicated to elevating Thai entrepreneurs to professional standards while opening doors that connect every dream to sustainable success.
