This rare delicacy draws inspiration from the original recipe of 'Chao Chom Manda Klin,' who created 'Khao Chae Chao Wang' (known to the Mon people as poeng dajk) for King Rama IV during his stays at Khao Wang Palace in Phetchaburi.

Every step is crafted with meticulous attention to detail. The jasmine-scented water undergoes a traditional smoking process with candles 8-10 times, infusing it with the delicate fragrance of Thai aromatics and bread flowers.
