At the helm is Head Chef Chaporaphat 'Jib' Dapachutisarn, whose culinary philosophy blends authenticity with innovation. Drawing from more than 19 years of experience and classical training at Le Cordon Bleu, Chef Jib transforms beloved Thai recipes—particularly from the country's South—into a contemporary sharing-menu format that evokes the warmth of dining at home.
