Kiatnakin Phatra Asset Management Company Limited (KKP Asset Management or KKPAM) has become a signatory to the United Nations-supported Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI), marking a significant milestone in the company's journey to elevate its investment practices in line with global standards on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) integration.

KKP Asset Management Joins the UN-Supported Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI)

Becoming a PRI signatory reflects KKPAM's strong commitment to responsible investment — systematically incorporating ESG factors into its investment analysis and decision-making processes, managing risks prudently, and aiming to deliver sustainable long-term returns for investors. The company also emphasizes transparency and accountability through regular ESG disclosure and progress reporting.

Mr. Yuthapol Laplamool, Managing Director of KKP Asset Management, said:

"Joining the PRI demonstrates our commitment to embedding ESG principles systematically across all our investment processes — creating sustainable value for our clients and for Thai society in the long term. At the same time, our PRI membership motivates us to continuously strengthen and refine our responsible investment practices to stay aligned with the ever-advancing global standards."

The "Responsible Investment" movement has rapidly evolved into a global standard. Since its inception in 2006 with just 67 signatories, the PRI network has grown to more than 5,000 signatories worldwide, representing over USD 140 trillion in assets under management (source: www.unpri.org).

David Atkin, CEO of the Principles for Responsible Investment, said:

"We are delighted to welcome KKP Asset Management as a signatory to the PRI. Responsible investment is a useful roadmap for navigating investment risks and opportunities, and KKPAM's commitment to incorporating sustainability-related factors into investment analysis reflects a growing recognition of the value of responsible investing globally. We look forward to working with KKP Asset Management in the future as they continue to develop their responsible investment practices."

KKPAM actively supports the government's sustainable-finance initiatives through its range of responsible investment funds, including KKP GB THAI ESG, which focuses on Thai sustainable fixed income; KKP EQ THAI ESG, which focuses on Thai sustainable equities; and KKP BL THAI ESGX, a mixed-asset sustainable fund to be launched in 2026.
