To enhance distribution effectiveness, the company has also invested in technology, launching the GenWings application, specifically designed for sales agents. Customer FIRST; Generali is committed to elevating the customer experience across all touchpoints by offering products that respond directly to customer needs - including health insurance, critical illness coverage, retirement products, and unit-linked policies that promote long-term financial discipline. Notably, 90% of claims require no upfront payment, and these claims are settled within 30 minutes.

Looking ahead, Generali will further enhance the GEN 365, its customer application to support fund switching for unit-linked policies and faster digital claims settlements. The company also continues to create unique customer engagement initiatives. This has resulted in a consistent increase in the average customer satisfaction score (TNPS) year after year across all measurement dimensions -- including convenience through simplified processes, speed of service, strong focus on security, and peace of mind through timely status updates for customers, reflecting strong progress in building customer trust and satisfaction.

People Development; Generali Thailand recognizes people as the foundation of its success and continues to invest in employee development and wellbeing.
