Krungsri (Bank of Ayudhya PCL and its business units) has announced emergency relief measures for retail and SME customers affected by the sudden flooding caused by Tropical Storm Wipha and the unrest situation along the border areas.

For customers with personal loans, mortgage loans, and small SMEs loans

  • Reduction of installment amounts for up to 6 months
  • A grace period on principal repayment (interest-only repayment) for up to 3 months

For more information, the customers of personal loan and mortgage loan, please visit Krungsri branches nationwide, or call 1572 from now until 30 December 2025. Terms and criteria for individual customer consideration are subject to the Bank's established guidelines.

For SME loan customers, the relief measures include:

  • Installment reduction, covering monthly interest payments for up to 6 months; or
  • A grace period on principal repayment, requiring only interest payments for up to 6 months

Customers can request assistance by contacting their Relationship Manager or call 0 2296 6262 or 0 2626 2626 from today until 30 December 2025.

For Krungsri Auto customers

  • A grace period on repayment up to 3 months

For Krungsri Consumer's credit card and personal loan customers:

Measure 1: A grace period on repayment up to 2 months. Debt payment suspension for up to 2 billing cycles from July to September 2025. Interest will continue to be calculated at the standard reducing balance rate during the deferral period.

Customers can register until 31 August 2025 through the customer service centers (24/7) or Helpline: 02-714-5155 (Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM). Applications will be considered on a case-by-case basis according to the company's criteria and conditions.

Measure 2: Monthly installment amount reduction and installment period extension (debt restructuring) for all customers (excluding those already receiving maximum assistance under other programs). Customers can register through the customer service centers (24/7) or Helpline:
02-714-5155 (Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM). Applications will be considered on a case-by-case basis according to company criteria and conditions.
