It's made from fresh banana prawns, stir-fried with Lao Gan Ma sauce, a Chinese chili oil similar to our Thai chili paste, which is delicious when stir-fried with anything. It has a well-rounded flavor, is moderately spicy, and has a fragrant aroma of Yunnan Chinese chili and spices. The secret recipe by Chef Lamphun Prapruttham, the head chef serves lunch and dinner.
