Centara Hotels & Resorts, recently captivated London with a vibrant celebration of Thai culture and hospitality as part of its exclusive Centara Journeys event series. Held across two enchanting evenings at The Secret Garden, 116 Pall Mall — one of London's most prestigious addresses — the event, themed "Pimm's, Strings & Siamese Things", brought together celebrities, dignitaries, industry leaders, media, and valued brand partners to experience the unique spirit of Centara.

The thoughtfully curated garden soiree blended the charm of a British summer gathering with the warmth and elegance of Thai hospitality. Guests enjoyed Thai-inspired canapes, signature Pimm's cocktails with a tropical twist, live string performances, and interactive art elements for a night of meaningful connection and entertainment.
Among the distinguished attendees were renowned British model and television personality Jodie Kidd and radio and television presenter Zoe Hardman; Nattaphong Sitthichai, Minister and Deputy Chief of Mission at the Royal Thai Embassy London; Worapa Angkhasirisap, Director of the Tourism Authority of Thailand in London; and Chart Chirathivat, Head of Retail Development for Central Group Europe, the majority owner of Selfridges Group.
Centara's executive leadership also played a prominent role in welcoming guests, with CEO Thirayuth Chirathivat joined by Ronald Cusiter, Executive Vice President - Commercial, and Tom Thrussell, Vice President - Brand, Marketing & Digital. They were accompanied by two of the brand's flagship General Managers: Jan Weisheit of Centara Grand Beach Resort Hua Hin, and Andrew Jansson, Cluster General Manager for Centara Grand Lagoon Maldives and Centara Mirage Lagoon Maldives.
