The leadership transition is part of Osotspa's strategic roadmap to accelerate short- and long-term growth, focusing on strengthening existing customer loyalty while expanding reach to new consumer segments.
Miss Pairatchavet brings extensive industry expertise and a proven leadership record in both domestic and international consumer goods businesses. Her strengths in sales and marketing have guided organizations through multiple economic challenges, earning her recognition as one of Thailand's foremost executives. Her vision and experience will play a pivotal role in enhancing Osotspa's growth potential through targeted sales strategies, customer engagement, and market expansion.

In conjunction with this appointment, Osotspa's Board of Directors has also approved an adjusted timeline for the leadership succession of Mr. Yol Phokasub, who will assume the role of Chairman of the Executive Committee, effective October 1, 2025. This synchronized transition will ensure collaborative momentum in propelling Osotspa toward its strategic goals.
