Inter Pharma Co., Ltd. has joined forces with a team of leading aesthetic clinic executives and medical professionals to announce a groundbreaking partnership with Diamond Biotechnology Co., Ltd., one of the global biotechnology leaders specialized in innovative biomedical products focusing on aesthetic and medical applications with headquarter in Taiwan. The partners will establish a joint venture to launch Thailand's first medical device manufacturing plant for aesthetic medicine in Pathum Thani Province, with a total investment of over THB. 3 billion with aims to position Thailand as a fully integrated "Medical Hub" and elevate the Thai beauty industry to the next international level.

While attending the press briefing, Dr. Aaron Shia-Hsien Hsia, Chairman of Diamond Biotechnology Co., Ltd., shared his insights on the investment decision, "After careful study on the Thai and Southeast Asian markets, we are confident in Thailand's potential as the region's Medical Hub. The new medical instrument manufacturing facility will be located in Pathum Thani and operated under a joint venture registration between the two companies with a capital of THB. 500 million. An additional budget worth over THB. 2 billion has been allocated for infrastructure, machinery, R&D, and four patented aesthetic medical instrument products. Construction is set to begin on January 1, 2026, with production expected to commence in 2027. Upon completion of the initial production phase for the first four products, the company plans to export to international markets, with China as the primary focus, alongside marketing efforts within Thailand. Expansion plans also include key Southeast Asian countries-such as Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Vietnam, Timor-Leste, and Brunei-as well as strategic entry into the Middle East region.
Dr. Rassapoom Sumaetheiwit, M.D., board-certified dermatologist and founder of Rassapoom clinic, a key partner in the joint venture, added "Thailand's aesthetic medicine and surgery market continues to grow and holds immense potential.
