Anantara Koh Yao Yai Resort & Villas opened with great success two years ago and brought world-class luxury to the shores of Koh Yao Yai, firmly putting the lush island on the world map. To commemorate the anniversary, the property welcomed Buddhist monks from the local temple to the Mindfulness House, nestled within the resort's serene gardens and home to sacred relics of the Buddha. The occasion began with a traditional almsgiving, followed by a blessing ceremony.
