The latest certification was granted on 30 June 2025, covering a three-year period through to 9 January 2028.

KEX remains the only private delivery company in Thailand to receive ISO 9001:2015 certification—an internationally recognized quality management standard that affirms the company's ability to deliver efficient, high-quality service that meets customer needs while building trust among clients, partners, and all stakeholders.
ISO 9001:2015 is a global quality management system standard developed by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). Its objective is to help organizations effectively manage internal processes, continuously deliver products and services that meet customer expectations, and ensure systematic and sustainable improvement.
This recertification serves as a strong endorsement of KEX's ability to operate within a globally recognized quality management framework.
